Power Tribe for Entrepreneurs

Power Tribes in Organizations
-Performance propulsion units. Small communities that tap the power of the collective to solve problems. And infrastructure for sharing knowledge sharing.  Employees groups that meet regularly with specific protocols for conversation peer support and accountability to meet goals and deadlines.  Members typically grow faster and contribute more than regular employees.
ConnectEr
- someone who connects two individuals with potentially similar or complementary business interests
Connector
- To become joined or united; usually we think of objects connecting other objects as a connector
Co-worker
- One who works with another; a fellow worker.
Friend
- a person attached to another by feelings of affection or personal regard; A person who gives assistance; patron; supporter; a person who is on good terms with another; a person who is not hostile.
Acquaintance
- a person known to one, but usually not a close friend
Social Dynamics
- is the study of the ability of a society to react to inner and outer changes and deal with its regulation mechanisms.
Social Situaions
- any environment you find yourself with the opportunity to meet someone new.

- The Pareto Principle, or the '20:80 Rule' Normally means typically 80% unfocused effort generates ONLY 20% results. Which really means 20% effort CAN produce 80% RESULTS

Simon Sinek - Renowned Leadership Expert and Author of Start With Why defines the Why as:
1. The single purpose, cause or belief that serves as the unifying, driving and inspiring force for any individual or organization.
a. For an organization, the Why inspires the products, services, marketing, culture, hiring profile and partnerships the organization makes or performs.
b. For an individual, the Why guides the ideal and most fulfilling decisions – finding a job you love, maintaining friends you trust and buying the brands to which you’re most loyal.

Energy
- is a scalar physical quantity that describes the amount of work that can be performed by a force, an attribute of objects and systems that is subject to a conservation law.
Soft Skills
-is a sociological term relating to a person's "EQ" (Emotional Intelligence Quotient), the cluster of personality traits, social graces, communication, language, personal habits, friendliness, and optimism that characterize relationships with other people.
