We have an intense interviewing process to ensure that our intern's WHY matches with our company's WHY. "I think working at ISI has been the best learning experience I have had so far. This internship was not related to my major so I wasn't sure what it would be like. As it turns out, I learned so much about people and the work environment here, than I would have learned from anywhere else. I gained a lot of knowledge from my coworkers because we all had different backgrounds; academically and culturally. My research on social intelligence helped me realize that college doesn't teach you everything you need to know when you start working in the corporate world. Everyone I worked with helped me shape myself to become a better person all around."

"My name is Hyun-Suk Oh, but my friends call me Hyun. I recently immigrated to the United States of America to pursue a B.S. of Commerce at McIntire School of Commerce at University of Virginia. I am a member of the Jefferson Literary & Debating Society and serve as a program director at the Madison House. As a rising third year, I wanted to do an internship that allowed me to explore the business world and realize what it means to network. I believe I have achieved that goal as an intern at Intellect Strategies Inc(ISI).

ISI focuses on the purpose of each entity. Although the job description did not state so, I was happy to find out the mission statement applied to people working for the company as well. My "why" factor is to use my diverse background, language and business skills to build bridges-making connections internationally. The ISI experience empowered me to network and view every person as an opportunity to become a friend/partner. After working here, my strengths includes researching different companies, mapping different connections and surely, meeting various people."
