Lynne Gilliland is a coach and management consultant, who works with entrepreneurs and individuals on achieving personal excellence in business and life.
 
Lynne is the founder of her own coaching company, Leadership Coaching For Business and Life (http://www.lynnegillilandgarber.com), as well as a partner in Gilliland & Jud (www.gillilandjud.com).  For over 9 years, Lynne has worked with solo entrepreneurs, as well as executives of small and mid size companies. Her knowledge and experience has been instrumental in helping people consistently produce results and make lasting changes.  She has clients based in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Europe as well as the US and Canada.   She coaches in both English and Spanish.

Allie Roth is a career and executive coach with 25 years experience and the founder and director of the Center for Creativity and Work.  Her holistic and pragmatic approach and warm and inspiring style have helped thousands of men and women find more creativity, fulfillment and meaning in their work and personal lives.
For corporations and the non-profit sector, Allie has designed training programs and conducted seminars in managing change, visioning and goal setting, creativity, career development, leadership and stress management.  She has coached managers and executives from over 60 companies in clarifying vision, communications and building inspired teams while integrating personal wellness with their business objectives.

In her private coaching practice, Allie has counseled and coached corporate executives, small business owners and solo entrepreneurs, attorneys, educators, non-profit directors, artists, helping professionals and others.  She is a frequent public speaker and an active member of the Career Counselor’s Consortium and the Sustainable Business Alliance and has taught career related courses at NYU, College of New Rochelle, SUNY Ulster, Omega Institute and the New York Open Center.

Allie comes from a background in teaching college English, recruiting, training and outplacement.  In addition to her Master’s degree in English she has done graduate work in counseling and career development.  Her work is based on Jungian and transpersonal psychology which she integrates with her recent studies and training in Coaching ,Chi Kung, Yoga, Interfaith Ministry and Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction.
