- Tony Robbins’ program charges $2,230 for a coaching conversation of 90 minutes every ten days and 30 minute calls over the three months. You have one person (your coach) supporting you. They give you action items and a plan that you are left alone to follow.
- David Alan's coaching service offers 50 minutes of coaching for $300; one week later the coach will check in. Or, if you pay 3,000 you can spend the whole day with the coach- but you usually need two days. There is no follow through or checking up.
- One Coach is another life improving coaching service that offers their clients four sessions of coaching over the phone for 35-45 minutes each time. There are only four sessions in those three months; they charge you 2,950. Your coach will give you action items and tasks to complete your goals.
The problem with all of these programs is that they are missing the human element. They overlook the power of relationship. In a seven hour experience, we introduce the basic concepts of Power Tribes to your organization.
We cover:
- Why Tribes call out the best in people and resonate.
- How full-awareness listening + "what's-working?" inquiry + a focus on what’s possible + accountability = conversations that allow success, or the right kind of failure, to naturally emerge.
- How often and in what conditions Power Tribes and silo-breaking Tribes Summits should meet, including the alternating trio structure.
- How to peer-coach in trios - Why each person’s “Why” and the company’s “Why” matter so much, and what they are.
- How sociometry works to create Why-to-Why resonance in matching peers in Power Tribes - And, finally, for those who voluntarily participate, the actual sociometric matching and formation of Power Tribes (8-12 individuals)
In subsequent weeks, we cover the Leadership Lessons curriculum in the individual bi- weekly meetings of each Power Tribe. Members learn the vital keys to a successful workforce, as distilled from our extensive exposure to the top Executive Education programs.
